These Terms of Service govern your use of Actofy software and services. This is a draft pending legal review.

Service description

Actofy provides AI-assisted software engineering tools including planning, sandboxed execution, validation, and pull request workflows. Features vary by tier (Local, Pro, Team, Business, Enterprise).

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for API keys, source control access, and compliance with your organization's policies.
• You must not use Actofy to violate applicable law or third-party terms (including model provider terms).
• You approve Checkpoints explicitly — Actofy executes only within policies you configure.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to bypass sandboxes, extract other users' data (hosted tiers), or use the service to generate malicious code intended for unauthorized access to systems.

Limitation of liability

Actofy is provided as-is during beta and early access periods. Automated agents can produce incorrect code — you remain responsible for review before merge. Enterprise customers may negotiate custom SLAs.
